Solid hosting, minor hiccup

I purchased the Cloud Business Hosting plan because the 5-year pricing was very competitive compared to other providers like Bluehost. The performance has been good so far, and the cPanel control panel is familiar and easy to navigate. I appreciated the free SSL and daily backups, which are essential for peace of mind. Delivery took about three days for my account to be fully active, which was a little longer than I expected. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about DNS management, though it took a few hours to get a response. Overall, it's a good value for the price, just a slight wait on activation.

Easy to use, fast site

So I finally got around to getting my site hosted with 5 Cloudhost. Went with the Cloud Business Hosting plan, mainly for the SSD storage. The cPanel is pretty straightforward, which is nice. My site loads way faster now compared to my old host. Took 4 days for the migration to fully settle, but that's not too bad. Glad I switched.

Smooth migration, great features

I needed to move a client's site, so I tried 5 Cloudhost's Cloud Enterprise Hosting. The website migration service was free and pretty seamless; I just provided the details and they handled it. Communication during the transfer could have been a bit more frequent, but it got done. I like having cPanel and the free SSL certificates are a definite plus. Daily backups give me peace of mind. The performance is really strong, especially for the price of a 5-year plan. I set up a few MySQL databases and email accounts without any issues. Their dedicated support answered my pre-purchase questions quickly, which was a good sign.

Good hosting for small business

Signed up for Cloud Business Hosting. Setup was quick, took 4 days to reach Austin. cPanel works fine. Website runs well. No major issues. Wish the support chat was 24/7.

Cloud Star is fantastic!

I just got the Cloud Star Hosting plan and it's amazing! My website loads so fast now. The One-Click WordPress Installer was super easy, seriously, it took like a minute. I really like that it includes free SSL certificates too, that's a big plus. The only tiny thing was the signup process had a few too many steps, but once that was done, everything else was smooth. I'm definitely coming back for more services and telling all my friends about this!

Solid value, minor support delay

I picked up the Cloud Business Hosting for a side project. The 5-year plan is definitely a great deal, especially with the included Free SSL and daily backups. My site has been running smoothly with good uptime. Setting up WordPress was simple enough. I did have an issue with an FTP account password reset; it took customer service about 6 hours to respond, which felt a bit slow. But once they got back to me, the problem was fixed quickly. Overall, I'm happy with the performance and value, just wish support was a touch faster sometimes.

Great value on 5-year plan

As a first-time buyer, I was really looking for a good deal on hosting. The 5-year hosting bundle discount on the Cloud Enterprise Hosting plan caught my eye. The price for five years upfront was significantly less than paying monthly elsewhere, which is a huge saving for my small budget. The free website migration was also a nice perk and saved me some cash. It felt like a really smart purchase, especially with the daily backups included. The only thing is I wish they had a slightly quicker response time for initial questions, but once I got everything set up, it was smooth sailing and felt totally worth it.

Good hosting, quick setup

I bought the Cloud Star Hosting. Setup was easy with the One-Click WordPress Installer. Everything went live fast. Support was helpful when I had a small question about PHP versions. Overall, a solid service.
